As expected, my rating increased to 2076 (2075.75) to be exact after the National Closed.
But the top country players is not updated to reflect the current rating? Very strange. May be it will be updated in a few more days. Lets wait and see.

Drew my 2nd game. A premature attack/pawn push allow my opponent to come up with a tactic sacrifice a Knight for a pawn and pinned a piece and attacked with a pawn. Draw agreed after some exchanges.

Finally from NCFP. Mas Hafizulhelmi managed to finished at 10th place with a 2472 performance! Didn’t state what tie-break was used but looks official. Wesley So finished at 2nd.
Hmm…Looking at the final list, seems to break using the opponent’s average rating?!

Mas managed to register a win against Jonathan Tan to share 5-19 with 3.5 points. He is paired against Indonesia IM, Sardikin Irwanto on board 7.

Mas on Board 5 after beating GM Antonio in round 3. He got 2.5 points from Kimberly Jane Cunanan(1), MYA IM Oo Kyaw Tun Nay (.5) and Antonio(1) from 1st 3 rounds.
He is playing against Indonesia GM Susanto Megaranto in this round (4).
